Every healthy organization begins with a healthy leader.
That's the belief that has shaped my career, my research, and the work I do with organizations and women leaders every day.
After years of working with leaders, organizations, and women navigating life's transitions, I discovered something many leadership programs overlook: leadership isn't sustained by performance alone...it is sustained by the health of the person leading.
That realization became the foundation of my work.
Today, I help organizations strengthen leadership while helping women become healthier leaders through leadership development, psychological well-being, the Becoming H.E.R.™ Framework, and the proprietary REWIRED™ Formation Model.

Throughout my career in leadership development and organizational effectiveness, I've watched exceptional leaders quietly carry the weight of everyone else's success while neglecting their own well-being. I've seen talented women struggle with burnout, comparison, transition, and the pressure to perform while believing they had to carry it all alone.
Those experiences convinced me that organizations don't just need stronger leaders—they need healthier ones.
That's why I created the Becoming H.E.R.™ Framework and the REWIRED™ Formation Model—to help leaders thrive personally so they can lead more effectively professionally.
